Surprise Anniversary Dinner

Krysta and Rashad were married in July 2018 at Sycamore Farms. It ended up raining on their wedding day and they were not able to say their vows on our island so they held their ceremony on our covered Sycamore Veranda. When it came time to plan how they would celebrate their first wedding anniversary, Krysta called us and asked about the possibility of a dinner on the island so the newlyweds could celebrate where they could not before. We instantly loved the idea! Better yet, the dinner would be a surprise for her husband.

Using planner Erin Pangerl’s and florist Beyond Details’ original designs, our staff set up a sweetheart table under the pergola on the island to look like the couple’s original sweetheart table. Draping by Southern Sky framed the scene. After the couple arrived at the venue and Rashad was pleasantly surprised, Button Bug photography snapped photos of the couple and Tequila’s Upscale food truck served the private dinner on China from Southern Events. This was an evening we will never forget!
